How do I book a viewing?

Tap "Book a viewing" on any available unit to message us on WhatsApp, or call 0720 265 113. We will agree a time and show you the unit.

Which areas do you cover?

Our managed buildings are in Cottage, Ichuga, Ichuga, Gakawa Ward, Likii, Ruai, Tall, Thingithu, Town, around Nanyuki.

What happens if a building is full?

Tap "Join the waiting list" on the building and we will contact you when a unit frees up. We can also suggest similar units in our other buildings.

How is rent paid?

Rent is paid monthly by M-Pesa to Waragah Enterprises. Always confirm the official paybill number with our office before you pay, and never pay rent to a personal number.

Do you have photos of the units?

Yes. Photos are available on request: ask on WhatsApp and we will send them before your viewing.

I own rental property. Can you manage it?

Yes. We take care of finding tenants, collecting rent and day-to-day management. Message us with your building's location and number of units.
